How is the project funded? The main source of funds for the centre construction is the European Regional Development Fund, from which the funds will be provided through the Operational Programme - Research and Development for Innovation, Priority Axis 1 - European Centres of Excellence. How much will the project cost? The total expenditure planned for the project BIOCEV from grant sources are approximately CZK 2.3 bn. Subsidies from EU funds amounts to CZK 1,959,323,236.85 the contribution from the state budget makes additional CZK 345,762,924.15. How many employees will work in BIOCEV centre? The centre should employ up to 600 people, scientific and non-scientific staff. How many jobs will offer BIOCEV center for students? The number of students employed directly in the center should reach 200.
