We define in cooperation with client his main and supporting processes thereby determine IT branch as outsourceable. All adjacent branches like production, accounting, HR etc. are defined to get ability to resolve clear border between IT process and executed process like supplement invoincing.

In cooperation with client we define the interface of inputs and outputs running through it. The unique definitions of this information flows help to clear the working prcesses inside the company. Herewith we define the responsibility and owners of the processes. After definition of the interfaces and demands on the information system we prepare the parameters of demanded inputs and outputs in the information system together with the client.
