The principle of work with the d.learning application:

The user with the assigned role of the human resources officer administers the list of users, the list of courses, the list of tests, and the list of questionnaires.

Provided that the human resources officer is supposed to plan, start or assess a training event, then:

  • they choose the users (a group or groups of users) who have to take part in the training event;
  • they choose the questionnaire, course and test;
  • they plan the beginning and the end of the training event;
  • they send out an invitation via electronic mail

The user has to take part in all the planned training events. It is only those events that are monitored and assessed by the human resources officer. If the participants not enroll in a training event, the application notifies them automatically via electronic mail.
