Web application is addressees to our contract clients for making order for technical support department. Application is accesible 24hours per day, 7 day per week and 365 days per year and is accesible in 8 world languages.
By sending your request to helpdesk@totalservice.cz or by filling in the form on the helpdesk portal website https://helpdesk.totalservice.cz, request is immediately forwarded to technical department.
Requests
are automaticaly distributed to technicians, who are responsible for
your Company and will respond in agreed time limit.
Accepting your request is automaticaly confirmed by sending an automatic email to your address, as the confirmation, that the request was forwarded to our technical department.
