Through this section you will be able to view work statistics with complete history, download free software, get answers on FAQ, receive discounts on purchases from Total Service, get support tips, marketing information and much more.
TRACKING
The Tracking application is useable only for contracted (SLA) clients of our company.
By logging into this secure (https) part of the website, SLA clients are allowed to see the summary of all jobs done for their own business. A summary report from this application is also attached to every monthly invoice.
HELPDESK
The Helpdesk application is available to our contracted clients for making orders for technical support from our technical department. The application is accessible 24hours per day, 7 day per week and 365 days per year and is available in 8 world languages.
WEBMAIL
This section provides access to clients online mailboxes via the web browser. This service is for customers of our hosting services only.
HOSTING
Login application for www pages, email accounts, FTP services and other editing tools, for clients with valid webhosting contract.
SECURE CERTIFICATE
For secure communication services in the 'totalservice.cz' domain provided by our own company secure certificate.
