A Factory
Equipment: 75x PCs , 5 x servers, ALCATEL PBX(voice) , CISCO LAN solution, APC UPS, VPN RSA, BARCODE (SAP) warehouse and production system (Helios Orange), Time & Attendance system administration, 24/7 services and personal outsourcing (user support) 8h a day on site.
Software: Windows 2000-2003 Server, MS Exchange 2003; MS SQL 2000, IIS, Veritas Backup Exec; Trend Micro Antivirus Products (Server); Windows XP on workstations and several client applications.
In terms of ICT the factory was built “from scratch”. Several million crowns investment meant complete infrastructure establishment for data and phone network, supplement of all servers, workstations, BARCODE solution, attendance system and applications. In cooperation with foreign IT department the factory was upgraded autumn 2003. Our company then took over the administration of the whole network, including 24/7 support.

A leading European media agency 
Equipment: Topping 50 users in 3 branch offices, 7 servers (IBMxSeries)
Software: Windows 2000 server, Exchange 2000 server; Linux RedHat server, firewall, VPN, Cisco routing, Veritas Backup Exec, Trend Micro Antivirus (Server+Desktops); metalic Internet connection of all branch offices (LL,VPN)Windows 2000, internal application in FoxPro enviroment (which we are also administering partially.)
This client was recommended in the moment, when the IT administration was provided by external person - a student. After one month of negotitations and system analysis we have concluded a deal for SLA - personal outsourcing. The beginning of the cooperation was stigmatised with floods in Prague and this period proved to be a key for next cooperation, as the cooperation and help we provided brought an absolute trust in our company. Shortly after the client decided upon our recommendations to install a new central server with new backup solution from Veritas and HP, we have integrated Linux firewall and realised the VPN connection among branch offices. This company has approximately 40 PC users (lot of them working remotely). TS provides full service by an assigned administrator based on Service Level Agreement (SLA). In 2007 the whole infrastructure was migrated to new technologies as the company became part of an international cooperation. We remain the exclusive administrator and supplier.

Municipality – state administration
Equipment: 220 x PCs, IBM BladeCentre (8 blades - servers), 4 x xSeries server, SAN infrastructure IBM DS4700, LTO4 backup – robotic library, SAN switch Brocade, 16 x Windows 2003-2008 servers, ORACLE, SQL clusters and My-SQL database, ISA2006, MSEssential 2007, VMWare 3 x, NOD32 network installation (220 workstations), GFI antivirus/antispam for MS Exchange, Zywall GSX 1000 cluster Firewall, VPN RSA Juniper.
Since 2007 we supply the complete outsourcing for the whole municipality. Our technicians are on site 8 hours a day and we use remote administration as well.

International delivery company
Equipment: 24 x PCs in two branch offices , 5 x Linux server (IBM), 2 x IBM Windows server
Software: Linux SUSE, Redhat, McAfee Antivirus (Server); McAfee Antivirus (Desktops); Windows XP; VPN/LL between branch offices, special aplications, wireless connection to the Internet.
 This client has begun to use TS services shortly after its establishment in january 1998. The server operational system they used was SCO Unix and the company was connected with X.25 line to its parent company in Germany. During the first year TS migrated the servers to Linux RedHat and SuSe + NT 4.0 server (SQL databaze). The new CRM running on Linux server - Informix database was implemented as well. TS installed MS Windows 4.0 on every PC and trained all users in using  MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and few internal CRM applications. Lot of tasks were solved in cooperation with the parent company technicians. Further, TS has participated in Cisco routers installation including VPN/LL implementation between branch offices, internet connection with QoS and security policy implementation. TS has the decisive influence in IT investments now. TS provides full service as mentioned in SLA. In 2006 the company underwent complete IT upgrade with a significant move towards last generation Windows technologies.
