2017 was for TOTAL SERVICE s.r.o. the most successful year in its history. We have succeeded in capitalizing our long-term exposure to our existing customers, using new modern office space, gaining new customers, and expanding our team to today's 85 employees with an annual turnover of 478 million CZK excluding VAT.
The company celebrated its 20th anniversary in October 2017 and is rightly considered to be a trusted, leading provider of outsourced information and communication technology services.
We achieve these achievements with a great and stable team whose strong core is the team of the smallest management whose members have been heading for the company in the same personnel composition for more than twelve years. Another significant contract on Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) we realized in October. The project, which has won the over-threshold public contract, represents a three-year supply of services and technologies in the amount of CZK 15 million excluding VAT, and is built on CISCO HYPERFLEX technology. A logo light sign, installed yesterday on the facade of the new TOTAL SERVICE’s headquarters, symbolically ended up the project of moving company into its new residence. We are located in Metropolitan Building on U Uranie 18, on the 4th floor with total area of 620 square meters. The first floor is fully dedicated to our commercial and technical teams. In October, we will realize a significant contract in the field of data storage systems. The project won within an above-threshold public contract concerns the supply of technology worth almost CZK 28 million excluding VAT, and is based on technology by IBM and Lenovo. In the second half of July we will change our residence after eight years. The dynamic growth of the number of employees brings new requirements for specific technical background; we will gain a more representative space, as well as storage and underground parking capacity. A new address is near the current headquarters within Prague 7 district.
